Networking Evening: Lessons Learned -- "Open Mic Night" for Entrepreneurs
Everyone has them -- tales of their greatest triumphs and most embarrassing moments as a startup founder. Come share your triumphs and challenges at Startup Open Mic Night with people who have experienced similar highs and lows.
Prizes in categories such as: Best Turnaround story, Funniest story, Most Inspiring story, Most Embarrassing story, Most Informative story, and Audience Favorite.
Have a story to share, but do not want the microphone yourself? We may find someone to present it for you!
Even if you do not have a story you want to share, you are welcome to be in the audience. Come see who wins prizes such as: Best Turnaround story, Funniest story, and Most Embarrassing story.
If you have a story to share, but do not want to present it yourself, you can submit a 100-word (or shorter) summary by June 10. We will then seek a volunteer to read it at our microphone on June 18, but only if you are present at the time.

From Logan Airport
Follow the signs to Boston via Sumner Tunnel to Route 93 North. Take Exit number 26 (Storrow Drive). Continue on Storrow Drive; take the first left to Government Center/ Kendall Square. Go up the ramp and turn right to go over the Longfellow Bridge. After crossing over the Charles River via the Longfellow Bridge, you will enter Kendall Square. One Cambridge Center is on your left at the set of lights. The entrance to the parking garage is located just past the Marriott Hotel entrance on your left. Please follow the Microsoft signs to our main entrance in the front of our building.
From Highways North or South
Take 93 North or South. Take Exit #26 (Storrow Drive). Continue on Storrow Drive; take the first left to ‘Government Center/ Kendall Square. Go up the ramp and turn right to go over the Longfellow Bridge. After crossing over the Charles River via the Longfellow Bridge, you will enter Kendall Square. From West
Take I-90/Massachusetts Turnpike/Mass Pike East (towards Boston).
Take Exit number 18 (Allston/Cambridge). After the toll, bear right towards Cambridge/ Somerville. Turn right onto Storrow Drive (Doubletree Guest Quarters Suite Hotel is on your right). Take the ‘Government Center/Kendall Square’ Exit. Continue around the rotary until you see the entry ramp for the Longfellow Bridge. After crossing over the Charles River via the Longfellow Bridge, you will enter Kendall Square. One Cambridge Center is on your left at the set of lights. ARRIVING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
MBTA (“The T”)
Cambridge Center is accessible via the MBTA Red Line at the Kendall Square/MIT stop (between the Charles Street and Central Square stops). The Red Line links up with other lines providing access to virtually the entire Greater Boston region, including Logan Airport. Please follow the Microsoft signs to our main entrance in the front of our building.
