End Games and Exit Strategies

Presentations

Meeting Overview:

The IPO market appears to be opening up with earlier stage companies commanding a growing part of the IPO mix.  Yet M&A is still the preferred path to liquidity for most companies.  Positioning your company at the outset to be acquired is both a sensible and well-regarded business model attractive to investors.  What else have companies done to "position" for their exit?  Our speakers will talk about End Games and Exit Strategies emphasizing the preparation, structuring, and negotiations and how to make the best possible deal.
